Three individuals partnered to create a construction company to fill a need in northeast South Dakota. We started Ringneck Construction Inc. with a goal of repairing agricultural building damaged by hail and other weather systems. However, we soon expanded to include concrete work, new agricultural buildings and even some residential work.
